We have more than 60 experienced professionals who are members of well organized teams. All of our colleagues are dynamic, well skilled software engineers with high quality IT education. They all speak English and most of them speak also a second or third foreign language (German and Hungarian for example). Because good communication skills are a must, we focus on the professional training of our staff. Beside of technical trainings we keep regular soft-skill trainings like communication, general management and project management trainings.
We realized that the colleagues represent a very important part of the company. Conscious of this we have strict personnel recruitment policy combined with a very good retention strategy. In consequence we have very low employee attrition. Also an important role represents our cooperation with the Babeş – Bolyai University, Technical University and further well-known educational institutions from Cluj-Napoca; year by year, we select and employ only the best graduates. Our selection process is mainly based on the identification of the most talented, passionate specialists, willing to build up a successful career in the middle of a winning team. After the everyday work activities we often spend our free time together: we play football, basketball, we go hiking and last but not least we have parties together.
